As part of Stiga's 900 Series of battery machinery, this machine utilises a 500W electric motor in conjunction with a Lithium-ion battery (recommended capacity of 2Ah - sold separately). This gives you a running time of 50 minutes, alongside effective power you can rely on. As a battery powered tool, it's quiet, low vibration and easy to maintain compared to petrol alternatives, and there's no danger of cutting through a power cable.
Efficient cutting for a great finish
Fitted with a 58 cm dual action laser cut blade with 27 mm tooth spacing, the SHT 900 AE makes light work of tough cutting tasks. As well as vibration control for more comfortable operation, this model comes with a soft grip, 3 position handle, turnable to 180 degrees, that ensures you can make angled cuts, effortlessly.
